I had so much fun with this one! Chelsey and I dove right into the juicy stuff: learning how to create intimacy with our bodies & our emotions. Most of us have struggled with this and continue to. Chelsey shares insight on how emotions provide us with important information and  how to become more embodied. She guides us through a powerful practice that allows us to identify emotions in our bodies and how to decipher the important message those emotions (and sensations) have for us. All of this new wisdom serves us in deepening intimacy with ourselves and those around us.
